Easy Chocolate Cornflake Slice

NGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 200 grams butter
- 3/4 cup icing sugar and 1 Tbspn cocoa for the icing
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Melt butter
- Add sugar and stir
- Add flour and cocoa, stir
- Add cornflakes, stir (let your tamariki semi-crush the cornflakes if they're helping)
- Add to baking dish and flatten
- Bake 25-30 minutes
- Make the icing while it cools
- 3/4 cup icing sugar, 1 Tbspn cocoa, mix
- Add 2 Tbspn boiling water and stir
- Add to top and spread evenly
- Allow to set (if you can wait)
- Enjoy!
