BANANA FRITTERS - Kid and pandemic friendly 🍌🍌🍌


- 1 cup flour

- 3 bananas (riper the better - pull out those old freezer bananas)

- 1tsp baking powder

- 1/4 cup water

- 1 Tbspn butter


1. Mash bananas

2. Combine dry ingredients

3. Add bananas to dry ingredients, stir

4. Add in water (add more if it is still a little dry)

5. Add butter to medium heat fry pan, shape, cook until dry appearance (roughly 3 mins)

6. Flip, cook other side for further 2-3 minutes,
